4. Account and Purchase

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

• The eSIM has not been activated or installed
• No data has been used
• Technical issues prevent activation (after troubleshooting)

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

• The eSIM has been activated or installed
• Any data has been consumed
• More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
• Your device is not eSIM-compatible (responsibility to check)
• Local network issues outside our control

5.3 Refund Process

6. Data Plans and Usage

• Once the limit is reached, data service stops
• Plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase
• Unused data does not roll over or carry forward

6.2 Network Coverage

6.3 Fair Use Policy

• eSIMs are for personal, non-commercial use
• Excessive or abusive usage may result in service suspension
• Activities like torrenting, VPN abuse, or reselling are prohibited

7. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device:

• Is carrier-unlocked
• Has the latest software updates
• Can scan QR codes or manually enter eSIM details
